Incorporated in Vancouver, B.C., Canada in 1990, Wylton initially conducted business in importing and exporting chemical equipment and raw materials primarily from European and North American countries into China. Wylton launched its Beijing office in 1995, with the strategic goal of developing its business market in China through a more effective representation. As of today, through expansion and growth the company has gained international recognition for its professionalism and diversified services and products. The company had become the general agency of about ten European and American chemical equipment and products companies in China, particularly the largest agency of solid sulfur and welding materials imported.
Beginning in the mid 1990's, by taking a critical strategic step forward, Wylton set foot in the high-tech and industrial investment areas, such as sulfur acid, fine chemicals, sulfuric acid catalyst. Those facilities contributed to the development of Chinese chemical industry when technology and funding were still very limited.
Integrating trade, industrial production, and technology research and development, Wylton has become a comprehensive organization, comprising of over 10 independent corporations with more than 600 employees. It extended from the core business in chemical industry into new material, culture exchange, tourism and agriculture industries.
Integrity, Dedication, Equity, Adding Value, Seeking Perfection and Creating Happiness at work became Wylton's corporation culture. Based on mutual trust and respect, Wylton regards every employee, supplier, client, and customer as an important part of the Wylton "family."
